INFINITY GROUP
During my time at Infinity Group, I launched a new website redesign with new graphics and branding, improved project case studies and graphics to further understand what the company does. I enhanced their messaging and incorporated their new logo throughout internal and external promotions. Some of the new marketing materials included: Branding & Style Guide, Project Delivery Guide, Sales Presentations & Brochures, Design Presentations & Supporting Materials. I also created and managed client and internal photography and videos.
PRESENTATIONS
I provided the sales team with presentations and other marketing materials that contained graphics to further explain the project process and more. I also assisted the interior design team with their client presentations. All presentations and marketing materials from all teams of the company were run by me to ensure the brand consistency and correct logo usage.
CASE STUDIES
I worked with clients to get photo and video of their space during and after the project was completed. These materials were used to create case studies that were promoted on the website and social media. I worked with the videographer directly to create each video - starting with the idea of the video itself and how it would apply to certain audiences, the photography and video clips within and which clips and copy made it into the final product. Once the videos were completed, I would promote on different platforms and segment to a variety of audiences.

EVENT COORDINATION & PROMOTION
Infinity Group hosted events, such as lunch and learns, I was the one to coordinate all items related to the event - picking the date and times / coordinating with guest speakers directly, catering of food and drinks, marketing materials (this could be a flyer or any promotional items given out at the event), as well as the social media promoting the event and during the event.
I also worked with multiple teams within the company to assist with client meetings / presentations and making sure they had any marketing collateral needed. Below are some examples of the space and promotional items given out a lunch and learn.
SOCIAL MEDIA
I managed all social media campaigns and created the graphics for them. The videos from finished projects, our process and communication, and events were some of the top campaign topics. Below are some examples.
